Summary:

A female told the Ann Arbor Police that as she was jogging on the west side of Thompson Street, an unknown man grabbed her throat and wrist and pinned her against a tree. She struck the man, he released his grip and she fled.

Suspects:

1: Black male about 30 years old, 5'10" with a heavy build and bald head. He was wearing a black, button-down, long-sleeved shirt and dark jeans.
